Privacy policy
This policy covers what personal information Rockhampton AC Repairs collects when you send a quote form or call, what is done with it, and how to have it corrected or deleted.
What's collected
- Quick quote forms (home page, About, Yeppoon and the service pages): your name, phone number, suburb if you give it, the problem or service you've chosen, an email address if you give one and a short message.
- Full quote form (Contact page): your name, phone, email if you give one, suburb or town, the service you need, the problem, system type, brand and model, property type, how soon you need it, a message and any photos you upload.
- Phone calls: if your call goes to voicemail, your phone number, the recording of your message and an automatic transcription.
- Technical details: the page you sent the form from.
How it's used
Your details are used only to arrange your quote. They go to one local air conditioning business that services your area, so it can contact you about the job. They are not sold, rented or added to a marketing list, and they are not sent to several businesses.
When you press send, the form goes through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an outside service that turns it into an email to our inbox. A voicemail left on the site number is recorded and transcribed by the phone carrier, and the audio and text arrive by email. Either service may hold a copy on servers overseas.
Quote requests and voicemails sit in a password-protected business mailbox that only the people arranging quotes can open. They stay there while your job is being quoted and followed up, then they are removed.
Access, correction and deletion
